A: there are alot of person ’s action that are considered legal but ethically wrong .An example of these are the traditions, practices cultures from our nation and other countries like the “Hara-kiri” of Japan ,the ritual of sucide. This tradition of Japanese is legal to them but commiting a suicide is morally wrong, thus unethical.
Euthanasia is another action that is legal but ethically wrong. Euthanasia is a practice of ending a life of a person in a painless manner who is suffering from terminal painful disease or in a vegetative stated. Terminating the life of the patient is taken either by the doctor or the relatives of the patient is considered legal but it is ethical since this is equivalent to killing a person. Killing a person is an immoral act.
Q2. is every ethical action legal?
A: Not all ethical actions are legal. A concrete example for this is adopting a child without undergoing the legal process or court proceedings. A mother who can not afford to support her child to have a decent life consented to have her child adopted by foster parents who are willing to look after the child and considered as their own. This act is considered ethical since the foster parents are saving the child from the deprivation of the basic needs in life. However, this is illegal since this is not rightful process of child adoption under the law.

A: Both Law and ethics are the guides needed by business managers because the absences of one of them will lead to destruction of a business. For example you practice ethics but not following the law, The goverment may close your business for not following there terms and conditions. In another way around where you practice law but not ethics, In this situation your business integrity and reputation is at risked because your customer may not trust you anymore because your doing immoral things.
Q4.Is it possible for an employee to be successful in the workplace without acting ethically?
A: it is possible for the employee to be successful without acting ethically.For example the politicians, many of the them are very successful in their political career because they doing some unethical things such as using the money of their constituents, using money to kill their enemies, they practice crab mentality in order to advance with their career.
